TRIP Headquarters
RIKEN has platforms that promote cutting-edge research in various fields. TRIP (Transformative Research Innovation Platform of RIKEN platforms) is a challenging project to create an innovative research platform that effectively generates new fields of knowledge across research fields by organically linking the cutting-edge research platforms (including the supercomputer Fugaku, quantum computer, SPring-8/X-ray free electron laser facility SACLA, and bio-resource projects).
Specifically, platforms (1) High-quality data acquisition, (2) Pioneering prediction science with AI x Mathematics, (3) Expansion of Computationally Viable Region will be developed and linked to function as a research DX infrastructure that contributes to solving human problems, and to promote research that contributes to the creation of new value by utilizing these platforms.
By utilizing the "platform of platforms" that only RIKEN can provide, we will link "prediction of the future" to "control of the future," pioneer the knowledge that our planet and humanity require beyond the boundaries of research fields and paradigms and provide it widely to global society as an engine of social change.
